1- Will this work where I live? Yes, MaxTv will work anywhere you have a high speed internet connection.
2- What do I need to make this work? You will need an high speed internet connection. A FireStick ( Firestick 4k, Firestick 4k plus, Firestick 4k Max or Firestick HD recommended) or an Android device for each TV that you want to watch the MaxTv App. Now we have Apple or iPad compatibility. Will not work with a "firestick 4k Select" device.
3- Will MaxTv work on Roku? No, sorry it will not, Roku devices will not accept third party apps.
4- Are all of your MaxTv channels included for the $25 per month price? Yes, the $25 per month (per TV stream, each additional stream is only $5 more) includes all of the MaxTv channels that we offer.
5- What is the cost if I need more than one TV stream? Each addition TV Stream will add $5 to your account. So, two TV Streams will be $30 per month. 1st stream $25 + 2nd stream $5 = $30 total
6- Are there any additional cost or taxes? No, it is a flat rate charge.
7- Is this a promotional price that will change in a couple of months? No, this is the current price. The pricing may change in the future but, it is not a promotion. Any change will only be a minimal price increase or decrease.
8- Is there a contract? No, you can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us at MaxTvService@gmail.com . Please give us at least 24 hrs notice before your next billing date.
9- What if I have to move to another location? No problem, just contact us at MaxTVservice@gmail.com and let us know when the address change will take affect.
10- Is there a free trial or Guarantee? We do not offer free trial but, all of our monthly plans have a 7-Day Guarantee: If within the first 7 days and for any reason, if we have not provided superb service and you are unhappy with your purchase, We will refund your payment minus a $8.95 cancellation fee (it's what we are charged) to cover our merchant refund fees. Fair enough?
